[07/26/08] - Rapper Gucci Mane faces charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana and DUI after being stopped at a police checkpoint in Stockbridge, an Atlanta suburb. Mane, whose real name is Radric Davis, was arrested about 4 a.m. Wednesday and later released after posting a $3,300 bond. A spokesman at the Henry County Jail said Friday he did not know if Mane had an attorney.
Gucci Mane served time behind bars in 2005 after pleading no contest to an allegation of assault.
